Annual Thanksgiving Day Rocket Shoot

Every Thanksgiving Day, after dinner, we go shoot off rockets. It's a fun tradition. The boys are usually in competition for the best rocket. I'm going to have say that this year was pretty safe. Nobody went all out, but it was still fun and the kids had fun as always. There was only one rocket that almost killed us this year. It barely cleared the cars and almost came down on us. It's great entertainment to watch everyone run for their life when that happens.

Mallory hung out in the car with GG and smiled at her the whole time.

Ragan hung out with Nana in another car the whole time. She was a little scared. So cute.

Someone should tell Scott it's not safe to hold onto the rocket when it's going off.

He wanted us to see this one before they shot it off in case we never saw it again. We never saw it again.

Uh oh. That rocket is done after it's crash landing.

The catching crew.

Ragan started to have a little fun toward the end.

Another successful year of rockets. Maybe one of these years, the wind won't blow.

Looks like a fun Thanksgiving! What a beautiful baby on her blessing day too! I love her bonnet.
